Shipping Policy – The Brand Store
Thank you for shopping with The Brand Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Times
We offer two types of products: in-stock items and pre-order items.
In-Stock Items
Items available in stock are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Order Items (Not Currently in Stock)
Some items may be listed as pre-order because they are not currently in stock.
For pre-order items:
· estimated shipping dates will be provided on the product page or at checkout
· pre-order shipping times may vary due to production or supplier timelines
· payment confirms and reserves your item
We will contact you if there are any significant changes to expected shipping dates.
2. Combined Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:
· items may be shipped separately as they become available, or
· your order may ship together once all items are available
If you prefer split shipping, please contact us after placing your order.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates shown at checkout refer to shipping/transit time only and begin after your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery windows after dispatch:
· Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days
Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive:
· a shipping confirmation e-mail, and
· a tracking number, where available
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently:
· ship to: EU and other countries upon request
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
The Brand Store is not responsible for:
· orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
· refused or unclaimed shipments
If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
1. contact the carrier using your tracking number
2. then contact us with your order details and issue description
We will assist you in filing a claim where possible.
