Return & Refund Policy

At The Brand Fashion Store, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please review the information below and we’ll be happy to help where possible.


Returns

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items.

To request a return, email us at:

Please include:

· Your order number

· clear explanation of the issue

· Photos (if applicable) to help us review your request faster

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery cannot be accepted.


Return Review & Approval

All return requests are carefully reviewed by our team.

If your return is approved:

· The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

· Items must be returned using the shipping method provided or approved by us

· Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (if applicable)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

· Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout

· Please allow up to 10 working days from the date we receive the return for the refund to be processed

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply place a new order.
